What INARA is

INARA is software from INARA, operated by Priyanshu Nada, that helps independent motels track rooms, text guests and staff, and handle what comes up. It is a tool for the people running the motel. They stay in charge of the motel and of what it says to guests.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and give each person on your team their own sign-in. You're responsible for what's done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.

Texting guests and staff

You agree to text only people who have agreed to be texted, as the opt-in page describes, and to record that honestly in INARA. You won't use INARA for marketing texts. Anyone who replies STOP stops getting texts, and neither of us will work around that.

Replies a person approves, and automatic texts you switch on, are sent as the motel's own messages. You're responsible for their content.

AI suggestions

INARA uses AI to sort guests' texts and suggest replies. Suggestions can be wrong, so a person reads each one before it goes, unless you've chosen to send one of your own answers automatically. Don't rely on INARA for emergencies: call emergency services.

The pilot

• INARA is in a free test phase. Early motels try INARA free during our pilot.
• A motel can stop using INARA at any time.
• INARA only reads a motel's booking system. It never changes anything in it.
• Guest information is used only for that motel's operations. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
• If a motel stops using INARA, its guest data is deleted on request.

Availability

We work hard to keep INARA running, but it depends on phone carriers and other services and can be interrupted. Texts can be delayed or fail to arrive. INARA is provided as it is, without promises beyond those in these terms, as far as the law allows.

Liability

INARA is free during the pilot. As far as the law allows, INARA, operated by Priyanshu Nada, isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for money lost through using it.

Ending it

You can stop using INARA at any time. We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why. Ask us and we'll give you your data or delete it, apart from records the law or these terms need us to keep.
