The terms of the INARA Motel Texts text message program.
Program name
INARA Motel Texts
Who sends the texts
Texts are sent by INARA, operated by Priyanshu Nada, through its INARA service, for the motel you are staying at or working for. Each text is about that motel.
What the texts are
- Stay updates to guests: a welcome, an evening check-in, and checkout information, when the motel has switched them on.
- Replies to guests: answers to questions a guest texted to the motel.
- Job texts to staff: cleaning and repair jobs, sent to staff who replied YES.
- Urgent alerts to motel owners and managers who turned them on in the app. These never go to guests.
These are service messages about a stay or a job. They are never marketing.
How often
Message frequency varies with your stay or your work.
Message rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After STOP you get one confirmation and no more texts from this program; reply START to come back. For help you can also contact us: hello@inarahq.com.
Emergencies
For emergencies, call 911. INARA is not an emergency service: a text can be delayed, and nobody may see it right away.
Your number and your data
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never sold or shared for marketing.
Guest information is used only for that motel's operations. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
If a motel stops using INARA, its guest data is deleted on request.
Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you agree
The opt-in page explains how guests and staff agree to texts. The privacy page explains what happens to your information.
